What Is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

In general, our MOQ is 2000 units for standard materials. For specific categories, the MOQ can be higher due to the limitation of raw material MOQ. 

What is your Production Lead Time?

It depends on the quantity, category of packaging materials and complexity of the project. Please contact our account managers for a precise lead time. 

Can you accommodate rush orders?

Yes, however there might be a rush charge. The amount depends on the timeframe and the quantity ordered.

Can I work with you without any design file or sample?

Yes, our account manager will guide you through the development of the packaging from scratch. 

Could you deliver the goods to our warehouse or factory?

Yes, please let us know your destination in advance.

What can you do if I don’t have ANy high solution artwork?What should I provide?

If you have no drawings, please offer us all the information you have, our design team will make a design based on the elements you provide.

How can I get a quote?

To quote, we will need to get your requirements on the materials, quantity, design profile or sample, and product dimensions. 

CAN I ASK FOR A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDER?

Yes, we can offer you with a printed or white sample for testing before order.

How do I submit artwork?

You can submit artworks through email. Our account manager will put together an artwork layout for your approval.

WHAT iS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All our products are custom made. Unless there are printing errors or mistakes caused by Belpax, goods are not returnable. If you find any issue with the goods, please contact us within two weeks of receipt of the goods, so that we can arrange to issue a refund or to reproduce the products.
